Terms – Exclusive Bundle Promotion

1. It is important that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions in order for you to participate in the Cell C Hello Mobile Data bundle Promotion (the “Promotion”)
2. All standard Terms and Conditions of Cell C Limited and Cell C Service Provider Company Proprietary Limited apply to the Promotion.
3. All prices and usage rates advertised are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is available to selected Hello Mobile Prepaid customers.
2. The Promotion is exclusively available to eligible individual customers from 11 October 2019 and until 31 January 2020 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. The Data bundle Promotion will only be available for sale on the following Platforms:

Purchase/Activation

1. The Data bundle is activated immediately on successful purchase.
2. The billing for promotional Data bundles purchased will be deducted from the available Airtime balance.
3. The Data bundles are available as once-off purchase only.
4. Customers can only purchase one promotional Data bundle in a 30-day cycle. Multiple purchases are not be allowed.
5. The promotional Data bundles cannot be transferred or converted to airtime.
6. The promotional Data bundles cannot be gifted to another Cell C customer.
7. The promotional Data bundles cannot be rolled over to the next month.

Usage

1. Data allocated for promotional Data bundles is not for specific use and can be used for any internet usage.

Cancellation

1. Promotional Data bundles purchased cannot be cancelled.

Migrations

1. Customer migrating to a new package or tariff plan will have their promotional Data bundle carried over as long as the bundle is still within its validity period.
2. Customers migrating from Hello Mobile prepaid to any prepaid plan will carry over their promotional Data bundle.
3. Customers migrating from Hello Mobile prepaid to any TopUp plan will carry over their promotional Data bundle.
4. Customers migrating from Hello Mobile prepaid to any postpaid plan will forfeit their promotional Data bundle.

Validity

1. Promotional 1GB Data bundle is valid until 23:59:59 on the 5^th day after purchase. 
2. Promotional 2GB Data bundle is valid until 23:59:59 on the 14^th day after purchase.
3. Promotional 5GB and 10GB Data bundles are valid until 23:59:59 on the 30^th day after purchase.

Depletion

1. Promotional Data bundle data is depleted in 25KB increments.
2. Promotional Data bundle data has the same depletion priority as standard anytime data bundles. Where multiple bundles are loaded the bundle with the earliest expiry will deplete first.
3. Once the promotional Data bundle has been fully depleted further data usage will deplete any available and applicable data bundle or will be billed for according to the customer’s tariff plan.

General

1. Cell C reserves the right to verify, by whatever means necessary, your eligibility to participate in this Promotion.
2. Cell C has the right to withdraw this Promotion at any stage, in its absolute and sole discretion.
3. It is important that you understand that all participants in the Promotion indemnify Cell C and/or its directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and/or sponsors against any loss and/or damages, either direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from its participation in this Promotion.
4. Cell C may amend, modify and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions in its sole and absolute discretion on notice to you and the amended version will be displayed in the same media as these terms and conditions. By participating or continuing to participate in this Promotion, you agree and understand that you will be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
